Industries

Industries we serve

The constraints differ by sector. What does not change is the need for systems that stay up, stay secure, and can be explained to an auditor.

Smart manufacturing, AI, and automation to optimize operations and reduce costs across the supply chain.

What we do

Six services, delivered by one team. Work rarely stays inside a single one of them.

  • Most organizations are not short of data. They are short of data they can trust. Two reports disagree about the same month, and nobody is quite sure which figure to take into the meeting. Analytics projects usually stall there, on the plumbing underneath rather than on the modeling.

  • A pipeline is only worth having if you can explain it. We build the path from source system to reported number in clear stages, so a figure that looks wrong can be traced back in minutes instead of days, and a run that fails says so rather than passing quietly.

  • Moving to the cloud is rarely the hard part. Running well on it afterwards is. Plenty of teams complete a migration and then find the bill climbing every month, the environment impossible to rebuild, and a handful of people the only ones who understand how any of it fits together.

  • Some of the most expensive technology decisions get made quickly, in a meeting, on incomplete information. Build or buy, which platform to standardize on, whether the system creaking under load needs rewriting or just fixing. They are hard to reverse, and a wrong one is paid for slowly over several years.

  • Most businesses reach a point where the tools they have stop fitting. A spreadsheet four people maintain by hand. A process where the same data gets typed into two systems. Off-the-shelf software solves the common problems well. It rarely solves the specific one that is actually costing you time.

  • Most breaches do not begin with anything sophisticated. They begin with a password sitting in a config file, an access key shared once and never rotated, or an account holding far broader permissions than the job ever required. Unglamorous problems, and the ones that actually cause incidents.

Why Morpheralabs

We are across cloud, data, security and the software on top. You talk to , we start from , and the work arrives in .

One team across all six services
Work rarely stays inside a single service. The cloud, the data, the security and the software on top come from the same team, so nothing falls into the gap between two suppliers.
You talk to the people who build it
The engineers who scope the work are the ones who do it. Nothing is handed from a team that sold the project to a team you have not met.
We start from what you already run
The first step is the systems in place today, not a platform you would have to adopt before anything improves. Most of what is needed is usually already there.
Work lands in increments you can stop
Each stage produces something usable and something you can judge. If the direction is wrong you find that out at the second step rather than at the last one.

How we build

How an engagement runs, from the first look at what you have to the day you no longer need us in the room.

Stage 01

Find out where you actually are

A short review first: what you are running now, what it costs, and where the work is genuinely blocked. It is a look at the estate, not a pitch.

Stage 02

Come back with options, not one answer

The realistic paths and what each would cost you, including the skills your team already has and how hard the choice would be to reverse later. Sometimes the recommendation is to leave it alone.

Stage 03

Build it in increments

One workflow, built and put in front of real users, before anyone commits to a larger scope. It is the fastest way to find out whether we understood the problem correctly.

Stage 04

Leave it running without us

Readable pipelines, alerting that speaks up instead of failing quietly, and documentation your own team can follow. A good handover is the point of the engagement, not an afterthought at the end of it.

Our identity

Morpheralabs is a technology consultancy. We design, build and look after the systems a business actually runs on: cloud platforms, data pipelines, security, and the software in between.

We build as well as advise
Recommendations come with a view of what implementation actually involves, because we are the ones who will do it. Advice from people who will never have to live with the result is worth less.
We say when to do nothing
Not every system that feels slow needs rewriting, and not every workload belongs in the cloud. We are happy to say when the sensible answer is to leave something alone.
The handover is the point
Readable pipelines, alerting that speaks up instead of failing quietly, and documentation your own team can follow. Software only its author can operate is a liability, however well it runs on day one.
